1.Drink a glass of warm water when you wake up

2.Have a boiled egg for breakfast

3.Have salad as lunch

4.Have no sweet or desserts

5.Have an apple as your dinner but if you can withstand the hunger, no food is better

6.Do not take any meals after 6 pm

7.Go exercise when you have the free time
