Lose weight in 7 days

We have the formulae to lose weight in 7 days. However it depends on each individual.
If you are over 80 kg. You can do according to this method, you will lose at least 9kg.

Day1
Breafast : Tea or Coffee (no sugar)
Lunch : 2 boiled eggs and boiled vegatable
Dinner : Steak, salad and fruits

Day2
Breafast : Tea or Coffee (no sugar)
Lunch : Steak or grilled pork, beef and green salad and fruit
Dinner : boiled slice ham

Day3
Breafast : Tea or Coffee (no sugar) and 2 wholemeal bread
Lunch : 2 boiled eggs, salad and carrot
Dinner : boiled slice ham

Day4
Breafast : Tea or Coffee (no sugar) and 1 wholemeal bread
Lunch : boiled eggs and boiled carrot
Dinner : fruit and natural yogurt

Day5
Breafast : tea or coffee (no sugar)
Lunch : roasted fish or grilled fish and boiled vegetable
Dinner : steak or grilled meat no oily and clear salad

Day6
Breafast : tea or coffee (no sugar)
Lunch : grilled chicken
Dinner : 2 boiled eggs and boiled carrot

Day7
Breafast : tea or coffee (no sugar)
Lunch : roasted fish or grilled fish and boiled vegetable
Dinner : steak or grilled meat no oily and clear salad
